Therapy for the parts of life people find hardest to say out loud
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Seattle. My therapy work is sex-positive, relationship-focused, LGBTQ+ affirming, and non-pathologizing — including for people whose questions are about sexuality, nontraditional relationships, or their relationship with technology.
What I work with
Sex therapy and sexuality
Desire, arousal, pleasure, sexual difficulties, kink, shame, and the stories people carry about their own sexuality.
Gay and bisexual men, LGBTQ+ affirming care
Identity, community, disclosure, dating, and the specific pressures queer men and LGBTQ+ people navigate — without needing to explain the basics first.
Sex-positive and nontraditional relationships
Open relationships, polyamory, kink, chosen family, and other structures treated as valid arrangements rather than symptoms.
Dating, intimacy, identity, and meaning
Loneliness, connection, self-worth, rejection sensitivity, and figuring out what you actually want from relationships.
Problematic AI use and relationships with AI
Overreliance on chatbots and companions, romantic or parasocial attachment to AI, and the effects on sleep, work, and human relationships.
Scheduling and fees
All of my therapy work happens through my group practice, Modern Therapy Seattle. Current availability, fees, insurance questions, and intake paperwork are handled there — not on this site.
Please confirm availability and fees directly through Modern Therapy Seattle. If I'm not the right fit or my caseload is full, the practice can point you toward a clinician who is.
