Mediation — not yet, but soon
I am completing formal mediation training later this year. After that, I plan to offer mental health-informed professional mediation. It is not something I provide today, and I'm not taking mediation cases.

What this work will likely address
Conflicts that involve fear, identity, trust, shame, money, power, and competing visions of the future — not just disagreements about facts.
- Founder and cofounder conflict
- Executive and leadership team disputes
- Group practice owner disagreements
- Healthcare team conflict
- Partnership tension and values-based conflict
- Conversations after rupture or lost trust
In the meantime, some of what people want from mediation is available through organizational consulting and training on difficult conversations. Mediation itself will be announced when training is complete.
